coaching Some people prefer one to one coaching to workshops especially if they have very specific challenges to address and we offer this as an alternative. These can be full one-day workshops or modules as short as one hour suitable for lunchtime or early evening 'clinics' We would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can help meet your targets for both employee wellbeing and performance.
